Flower women
As a child, I adored fashion shows, the freedom of designers for models far removed from everyday use ... clothes that served no purpose, but were just beautiful!
In my corner, I recreated this world by cutting out shapes from “ready-to-use” boards. I'd assemble a dress with a bag, a belt, boots and a character, and dream away.
Today, these little cardboard figurines have inspired the Flower Women series.
The various elements are generously provided by Mother Nature, and the result is a plunge into my childhood memories, an ode to daydreaming and poetry.
